Assembly Seibi Tech

Assembly Seibi Technician to support Final Assembly Production Engineering. This role focuses on equipment installation, PLC troubleshooting, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity during equipment launch.

• Review equipment designs and support vendor buyoffs
• Install, commission, and validate production equipment
• Troubleshoot and modify PLC programs (Toyopuc, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
• Perform safety, quality, and productivity checks
• Support equipment trials, adjustments, and startup activities
• Train maintenance teams on new equipment
• Provide technical support across plant and vendor locations

• 2+ years PLC programming/troubleshooting (Toyopuc, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits & industrial controls
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings
• Technical degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel and work overtime

• Industrial maintenance or automotive experience
• Robot or AGV/AMR programming knowledge
• Experience with industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet, etc.)
