Salary: $2,229.00 - $2,429.00 /wk

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used by physicians to evaluate and treat medical conditions. This role focuses on women's health imaging in a hospital outpatient clinic setting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred specialties: OB/GYN and Abdominal).
  • Experience performing general abdominal, obstetric, and small parts ultrasound exams in a clinical setting. (Client preference for Women's Health clinic experience.)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Ability to operate and verify calibration and functionality of ultrasound equipment and maintain infection control procedures, including cleaning and disinfecting scanners and exam room surfaces between patients.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform procedures according to provider orders and clinical standards and to document findings in the electronic medical record.
  • Preferred: 2 years of ultrasound technologist/sonographer experience.

Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Hospital outpatient Women's Health Clinic.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM. No nights or weekends.
  • Assignment Type: Full-time, temporary/contract (26-week assignment).
