Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily plant operations, optimize production processes, and lead manufacturing teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role focuses on continuous improvement, workforce development, and operational efficiency.

As a Manufacturing Manager, You Will:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials
• Drive production performance to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
• Train and develop employees to ensure safe, efficient, and standardized work practices
• Analyze production data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and materials teams to maximize plant efficiency
• Monitor and improve workflow, scheduling, and overall plant performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping, and operational procedures
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for production teams
• Communicate performance expectations and address employee concerns or performance issues
• Support preventative maintenance efforts and ensure equipment reliability
• Partner with leadership to support operational goals and plant initiatives

Skills/Requirements:

• 5+ years of Manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong background in plant operations, production management, and process improvement
• Knowledge of safety, quality, inventory, and production control processes
• Experience analyzing production data and driving performance improvements
• Ability to lead teams, enforce accountability, and build a strong culture
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production environments
• Computer proficiency in standard business systems

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
