Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service industry, is seeking a Onsite Printer Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Printer Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting onsite technical services.

Job Title: Onsite Printer Administrator

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Pay Range: $19.41

What's the Job?

  • Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms.
  • Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, consumables, and paper to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist end users with device functionality and troubleshoot common issues such as paper jams.
  • Conduct routine installations, configurations, and execute scripted change management activities following established protocols.
  • Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction levels to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or technical support roles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
