Job Description


LivSmart Studios by Hilton West Valley City, Utah is seeking a Director of Sales to drive hotel promotion through sales activities, event coordination, networking, contracting, and training in sales. This role offers the chance to represent our new all-suite, extended stay hotel while collaborating with other properties in the company's portfolio. Essential qualifications include outside sales experience, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation.

This full-time, salaried position comes with these benefits:

  • Competitive total compensation between $70,000-$75,000 including base, commissions, cash incentives and bonuses

Requirements:
  • Hotel Operations experience preferred
  • Excellent service and public relations skills

  • Works well with others (both guests and team)
  • Excellent communicator
  • Organized and willing to learn
  • Competent computer skills using sales software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, digital meetings and property management systems
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2-3 years outside sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Flexible to job demands
  • Extended days while traveling or attending trade/travel shows may be necessary
