Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate accounting sector, is seeking an Accountant 5 to join their team. As an Accountant 5, you will be part of the Partner Incentives Controllership Team within Corporate Accounting supporting strategic financial compliance and excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support Microsofts commercial incentives and investments through financial compliance and process excellence.
- Assist with controls assessments and financial execution processes to ensure standardization and accuracy.
- Review incentive calculations against contractual terms for completeness and correctness.
- Document and analyze financial processes, including process flows and contractual terms.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and geographic regions to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance.
What's Needed?
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Extensive global accounting experience (8-10+ years) within large or tech companies.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, policies, and internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR).
- Experience with SAP GL systems, journal entries, and financial close processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and process documentation tools like Visio or MS Word.
