Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all plant operations to ensure production meets established safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Provide strong leadership to plant teams by coaching, developing talent, and building a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Drive Operational Excellence initiatives, including Daily Management, TPM, 6S, Lean methodologies, and continuous EHS improvements.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards through effective SOP management, internal audits, and corrective action execution.
• Manage plant budgets, monitor spending, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross ? functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality to address production challenges and optimize processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and apply data ? driven problem ? solving methods to minimize waste, reduce downtime, and lower scrap rates.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership, preferably deep draw metal forming.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and audit processes.
• Proven success implementing Lean/6S, TPM, and safety programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, budgeting, and cost control.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required to comply with ITAR/AS9100 technical data access regulations

Salary: $110K-$130K
