Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee all aspects of shop floor operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure production efficiency. This role is responsible for managing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality products while maintaining cost control and safety standards.

As a Manufacturing Manager, You Will:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations including production flow, equipment performance, and staffing
• Drive Lean initiatives including 5S and continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and purchasing teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Develop and implement cross-training programs to strengthen workforce capabilities
• Lead production teams, supervisors, and staff to meet operational goals and customer demands
• Manage scheduling, workflow execution, and on-time delivery of products
• Support process improvements and work closely with engineering teams to optimize production
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across the facility
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality and performance expectations are met
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to build high-performing teams

Skills/Requirements:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, process improvement, and production flow
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles such as 5S
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
