POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide skilled therapy services to children with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions across NYC.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering flexibility, autonomy, and strong referral volume.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and school-related function
• Provide skilled interventions (therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, sensory integration techniques)
• Educate caregivers and collaborate with teachers/providers
• Complete timely, compliant documentation
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Active New York State Occupational Therapy License
• Pediatric experience preferred (school-based or early intervention a plus)
• NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH DOE
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation
