National Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's target customer profile
• Expand and diversify the customer base by acquiring new accounts
• Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives
• Track, manage, and report sales activities and pipeline opportunities
• Create and implement territory or account-specific sales strategies to boost revenue and enhance client relationships
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to deliver a unified account management approach

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on managing key and strategic accounts preferred
• 3+ years of experience within the packaging or wood products industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and collaborate effectively within a team environment
