What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities in a quarry and aggregates processing environment to meet safety, quality, and output goals

  • Ensure adherence to operational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement across aggregate production workflows

  • Support and coach team members, promoting engagement and development

  • Monitor production aggregate processing metrics and proactively address performance gaps

  • Collaborate across functions to optimize scheduling, inventory, and material flow within the quarry production operation

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in a heavy industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably mining, aggregates, or quarry-based manufacturing.

  • Clear and confident communicator with sound decision-making skills

  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions in aggregate production processes

  • Skilled in promoting safety and regulatory compliance throughout quarry and plant operations

  • Proven capacity to manage priorities and adapt to dynamic production and material-handling demands

Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing facility with frequent exposure to dust, noise, moving machinery, and variable temperatures. It requires time on the floor and collaboration with both hourly and salaried team members.
