Daily Responsibilities:

• Audit and reconcile carrier invoices to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and ship employee benefit materials
• Provide support for open enrollment meetings
• Maintain and update client files
• Update COBRA rates with TPAs following renewals 
• Assist with database software transition
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Experience in servicing life and health insurance accounts
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills are preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid insurance license
