As a Superintendent with us, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects and showcase your expertise in construction management, blueprints, HVAC, plumbing, preventive maintenance, and more.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Coordinate installation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks
• Estimate project costs and manage budgets

Required Skills:

• Construction Management experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems
• Experience with installation and preventive maintenance
• Strong plumbing skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• OSHA Certification
• Background in Engineering
• Experience with Quality Control processes

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $125,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
