Must Haves (Top Skills to Highlight)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
2–3 years of engineering or project management experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to manage technical projects involving multiple stakeholders (engineering, vendors, operations, etc.)
Strong structured problem-solving skills (PDCA, 5-Why, DMAIC preferred)
Ability to clearly interpret and communicate technical requirements across teams
Additional Required Skills
Familiarity with automated manufacturing systems and industrial equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, Outlook)
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software and systems
Experience with equipment commissioning and vendor buy-offs
Working knowledge of CATIA or other 3D modeling tools
Exposure to North American safety standards and engineering specifications
PMP or related engineering certifications
