Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop products from concept through commercialization across multiple categories.
• Conducted competitive analysis and monitored industry trends to inform product development strategies.
• Evaluated profitability and viability of current and future product lines, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Supported the development and execution of short-term new product development (NPD) pipelines aligned with long-term brand and business objectives.
• Assisted in executing go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitored and analyzed the effectiveness of product launch campaigns, reporting insights to key stakeholders.
• Developed trade promotion materials for trade shows and brand-related events.
• Managed product specifications and sales collateral, including sell sheets, brochures, and related materials.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing experience is essential
• Proven history of marketing, strategy and planning, as well as new product development
• Excellent time management, attention to details, and project prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze data and transform into meaning insights is a plus
• Influencing skills and team player; able to manage and motivate people
• Strong project management skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in Korean is preferred but not required.
