Core Responsibilities As a member of the technical department, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our production lines. Setup & Changeovers: Perform efficient mold changeovers and picker setups to minimize downtime. Technical Startups: Execute mold startups and troubleshoot equipment to ensure production meets quality standards. Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance and clean/maintain auxiliary equipment. Production Support: Assist the production team as needed to maintain workflow and solve technical challenges. Shift & Compensation Schedule: 12-hour shifts (36 - 48 hours per week) Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $18.00
