This facility is seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: M-F 8-5, 40 hours

· Practice Setting: Outpatient

· Type of cases and required procedures: Direct patient care for Rheumatology patients scheduled in Epic, desktop support for incoming messages from Rheumatology patients.

· Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

· Certifications required: Must be Board Certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS)

· Licensure required: Must have an active Oregon License and an active Oregon Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
