About Your Role

The BIM Coordinator (Building Information Modeling Coordinator) is responsible for managing and supporting the implementation of digital models throughout the design and construction process. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure models are accurate, properly integrated, and aligned with project standards. By overseeing model updates, resolving clashes, and maintaining data consistency, help improve collaboration, reduce errors, and enhance overall project efficiency and quality.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

  • 5+ years BIM coordination experience
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
  • Experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models
  • Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools
  • Maintain federated models integrating multiple disciplines
  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with project teams
  • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and modeling standards Required Qualifications
