About Your Role
The Construction Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the project field office supporting the Airside D construction program at Tampa International Airport. This role is responsible for managing the project office environment that supports approximately 40 project managers, inspectors, and technical staff working on the program. The position requires an experienced professional who has previously worked for an engineering firm, construction management firm, or contractor supporting large infrastructure or construction projects. The Construction Office Manager will coordinate office logistics, order supplies and equipment, manage field office operations, and support project leadership in maintaining an organized and efficient project workspace.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience supporting large construction, engineering, or program management teams.
- Prior experience working for a construction contractor, engineering consultant, or construction management firm.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience with a Project Management System similar to ProCore, Kahua, or E-Builder - Preferred
- Experience managing field office operations for large project teams. - Preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative management skills. - Preferred
- Experience coordinating office logistics including supplies, equipment, and workspace management. - Preferred
- Ability to support large multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment. - Preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills. - Preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office management systems. - Preferred
- Support overall efficiency and organization of the construction management team. - Preferred
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations of the construction field office supporting the Airside D program team.
- Coordinate office logistics for a team of approximately 20 staff that incorporates: project managers, inspectors, and support staff.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, furniture, and field office materials.
- Maintain organization of the project trailer and workspace to support efficient project operations.
- Assist project leadership with scheduling meetings, coordinating office activities, and supporting administrative needs of the team.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new staff including workspace setup and equipment.
- Maintain office records, contact lists, and general administrative documentation. Coordinate with project management staff to support day-to-day operational needs of the program.
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for field office operations. the Owner.
