About Your Role

The BIM Modeling Manager - Construction & Aviation Infrastructure leads the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes across construction projects and manages BIM teams supporting digital coordination and project delivery.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

  • 10+ years BIM experience on large construction projects
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination platforms
  • Experience managing BIM teams and digital project workflows

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows across projects
  • Lead BIM coordination efforts across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Manage BIM coordinators, modelers, and digital construction staff
  • Conduct clash detection and coordinate model resolution meetings
  • Develop BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Support construction planning using model-based simulations and visualization
  • Integrate BIM data with scheduling and project management systems Required Qualifications
