This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: 8 Weeks -Fridays only, 8am - 5pm

· Setting: Clinic

· Procedures/Cases: Family Dentistry - mostly kids. Procedures needed: prophies, extractions, x-rays filings, pulpotomies, sealants, crowns, periodontics treatment, exams/hygiene checks

· Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 Days

· Requirements: Active State License, Medicaid, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
