We are seeking experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Servers and Bartenders to join our team at a high-end steakhouse known for exceptional food, elevated service, and an unforgettable guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails

• Professional, polished, and confident demeanor

• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a high-touch, personalized experience

• Team-oriented mindset with a “one team” mentality

• High standards for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

• Must be available on weekends and holidays 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, detail-oriented service to every guest

• Guide guests through menu selections, including steak temperatures, wine pairings, and cocktail recommendations

• Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and daily features

• Execute service steps with precision and consistency

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and support staff to ensure seamless service
