Administrative Assistant Job Description The Purchasing and Supply Chain Center (PSCC) Scheduler role is responsible for managing the schedules of the Purchasing and Supply Chain Center Business Unit Leads. This involves direct interaction with executive leadership, as well as coordination with other scheduling teams and administrative assistants. The role includes performing a variety of detailed and complex administrative tasks, with a primary focus on scheduling and calendar maintenance for the Business Unit Leads. Responsibilities Support and prioritize activities of the Business Unit Leads (BULs) while maintaining confidentiality when handling scheduling and communication. Manage daily and long-range calendars for multiple leaders, identifying potential conflicts and recommending resolutions. Assist with the setup of major meetings for BULs within PSCC. Prioritize action items and due dates, bringing key items to the leaders' attention and initiating necessary follow-ups and prioritizations. Collaborate with other Centers, Business Units, Division, and Department representatives. Support weekly administrative support meetings to ensure schedules are clearly communicated. Support other planning and administrative tasks within PSCC. Understand key activities, terminology, corporate policies, and management guidelines. Essential Skills Proficiency in calendar management and administrative support. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 3-5 years of experience in executive support or a business role. Ability to exercise independent decisions and judgments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong team player with good planning, organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, accurate, and consistent. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Ability to summarize and deliver information logically and concisely, utilizing appropriate communication methods. Contributes to a positive team environment and builds strong interpersonal working relationships. Manages own time well to complete tasks on time and with high quality. Understands and applies key concepts of company philosophy and principles in daily work. Work Environment The position is based in an open office environment and follows a Monday to Friday, 8-5 schedule. This is an on-site role with the opportunity for one day of hybrid work per week. Some overtime may be required based on targets. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.84 - $23.84/hr.
