Grace Hagerty Real Estate is a family-owned brokerage based on Martha’s Vineyard, and we’re expanding through Zillow’s Preferred program. As part of this, we will be receiving a consistent flow of inbound buyer leads for Cape Cod and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a Cape-based real estate agent to join our brokerage in a flexible capacity and handle these opportunities locally.
This is not a traditional role focused on prospecting.
We generate the leads — you focus on converting and servicing clients.
What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to inbound Zillow buyer leads
Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
Schedule and conduct property showings
Write and negotiate offers
Guide buyers from inquiry through closing
Manage pipeline within our CRM system (Follow Up Boss)
What We Provide
Consistent flow of inbound buyer leads (no cold prospecting)
CRM system + lead routing already set up
Established brand and support from experienced brokers
Flexible structure (not a traditional 9–5 role)
Requirements
Active Massachusetts real estate license
Based on Cape Cod or nearby (South Shore / SE MA)
Strong responsiveness (speed is critical with these leads)
Ability to show properties on short notice
Organized and comfortable working within a CRM system
2+ years experience preferred, but not required
Important Note
Due to the structure of the Zillow program and lead routing system, this role requires you to operate under our brokerage for these leads. This is a flexible setup designed to provide additional deal flow, not limit your ability to grow your business.
Compensation
Commission-based
Split on transactions after Zillow referral fee
