I'm a somewhat famous ophthalmologist, have performed more LASEKs than any other surgeon in the USA, over 40,000 LASEK PRK LASIK ICL & SMILE procedures over 30 years, as well as CXL + LASEK for KC & corneal tattoos for bad scars & Eye Jewelry. Have been featured on CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, Discovery Channel & the NY Times & Wall Street Journal. Degrees from Dartmouth, Columbia, Harvard, Emory & in MENSA. Preceptor of my own Official SF Match Cornea & Refractive Fellowship. First eye surgeon in NY to get LASIK himself, and only eye surgeon in the world to perform LASEK on himself

I just got married & have a baby boy so want to go into semi-retirement. I thus want to hire a very competent optometrist who's very pro refractive surgery, had had or is willing to get LASEK himself, and wants to run & own his own LASEK center in Manhattan. I'd just be the "shooter" coming in 1 day per week to operate. You'd do all the preops, Postops, and assist me in the OR. You'd also be run out center because you'd be there 5 days/wk and I'd only be there 10 days/week

You must be very comfortable with and good at sales, because you'd be the one "closing" free consults

Pay is $100,000/year + 5% of gross revenue, so you'd make a minimum of $150,000/year and a maximum of $250,000/year

After 1 year, if you do a good job, instead of 5% of revenue I would GIVE YOU 10% equity in the practice per year, so after 5 years we would be EQUAL PARTNERS
