Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily activities, improve internal processes, and drive high-performance results. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp business mind, managing multiple departments to maximize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

As an Operations Manager, You Will:
  • Managed daily manufacturing operations, balancing labor, materials, and machine capacity to consistently meet production targets.
  • Drove process optimization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce cycle time, and increase overall yield.
  • Maintained accurate plant inventory levels while overseeing high-volume order fulfillment and workflow execution.
  • Led, trained, and supervised front-line leadership, operators, and staff, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and team development.
  • Enforced OSHA regulations and upheld a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including clean room operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Analyzed and improved workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Implemented and monitored quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Developed operational strategies aligned with long-term business goals while tracking KPIs and resolving performance issues.
  • Managed staffing models, scheduling, overtime control, and shift coverage to support production demands.
  • Coordinated corrective and preventive actions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to address operational and customer needs.
  • Oversaw equipment performance, downtime reduction, preventative maintenance, and procurement of parts and facility resources.
  • Ensured compliance with environmental regulations and maintained communication with external safety and regulatory agencies.

Skills/Requirements:
  • 5 years minimum Manufacturing experience
  • Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and organization skills

Education:
  • Associate's degree
