Builders Stair Supply is hiring a Production Assistant / Woodworker to join our growing wood products manufacturing team in St. Louis, MO. This is a great opportunity to start or grow a career in woodworking and manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Assistant / Woodworker, you will support the manufacturing of custom stair components and wood products by:

• Operating woodworking and manufacturing equipment
• Measuring, cutting, sanding, and shaping wood materials
• Assisting with the production of stair parts and wood components
• Assembling wood products with attention to detail
• Supporting the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

What We’re Looking For

We welcome both experienced woodworkers and individuals interested in starting a career in woodworking manufacturing.

Helpful experience includes:

• Woodworking or carpentry experience
• Manufacturing or shop experience
• Familiarity with woodworking tools or machinery
• Knowledge of wood species or wood properties
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment

This role is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in:

• Construction or carpentry
