Join Our Team as a Construction Estimator (Hybrid)

 Alan Stone Co., Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team in Williamstown, WV. As a hybrid position, you will have the opportunity to work both in person and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Join us in our mission to deliver high-quality highway, street, and bridge construction services to clients in Ohio and West Virginia.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for DOT and Commercial construction projects
• Conduct take-offs and create pre-construction budgets
• Develop punch out lists and manage civil construction projects
• Review and process change orders and submittals
• Collaborate with project teams on preconstruction activities

Required Skills:

• Experience in structural design and building construction
• Proficiency with Bluebeam or other takoff software
• Knowledge of scope development and request for information processes
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documentation
• Strong background in bidding and project controls

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CAD software
• Previous work with construction documentation

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $47,740.00
• Maximum Salary: $96,840.00
