NFL Flag Field Representative Job Summary

Just Compete Sports is seeking a reliable and organized NFL Flag Field Representative to oversee game day operations and support successful league events. This role is responsible for field setup and teardown, equipment transport, game day problem-solving, safety oversight, and communication with coaches, families, officials, and league management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sports environment.

Spring 2026 schedule
This position runs weekly on Sundays from March 29 through June 7.
There will be no games Easter weekend or Memorial Day weekend.
Candidates must also be available for weekly Google Meet calls.
Additional weekly supply pickups may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of game day operations and help ensure events run smoothly.

• Coordinate field setup and teardown, including equipment placement and site cleanliness.

• Transport light equipment and supplies to and from field locations.

• Arrive at the field at least 1 hour before the first practice and remain 30 minutes after the last game.

• Enforce league rules, guidelines, and expectations consistently.

• Support coaches, families, players, referees, and spectators throughout league events.

• Address issues and conflicts professionally and efficiently during games.

• Coordinate scorecards, referee field assignments, and other game day logistics.

• Attend regular meetings and communicate updates with league management.

• Maintain responsiveness across communication platforms.

• Assist with league merchandise sales and maintain accurate sales, inventory, and transaction records.

• Help replenish and manage game day supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Reliable, professional, and level-headed

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable interacting with young players, coaches, parents, and staff

• Must pass a background check.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must have a working and active smartphone.

• Must be available for weekly Google Meet calls.

• Must be able to transport equipment and supplies.

• Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Able to lift and carry light equipment

• Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable working evenings and weekends based on league scheduling.
