What Youll Do- Lead, train, and mentor onsite construction teams to ensure bestinclass safety practices.
- Conduct risk assessments for retrofit and live missioncritical projects.
- Develop safe work execution plans and maintain effective onsite safety programs.
- Facilitate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action reporting.
- Partner closely with internal teams, SMEs, and contractors to enhance safety processes.
- Support onsite training and integrate safety practices throughout construction sequencing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety standards, processes, and documentation.
- Experience in missioncritical construction safety environments.
- Experience in comprehensive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs .
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and drive safety initiatives.
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems used in data center construction.
- Familiarity with design-build, fasttrack construction, and greenfield development.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
- BCSP certifications such as CSP or CHST .
- Experience in an OCIP environment .
- Experience working in retrofit projects within live missioncritical facilities.
This is a primarily sitebased role with 030% travel . Youll be embedded within construction operations, ensuring safe workflows, supporting risk management, and fostering strong crossfunctional safety culture.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $105.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
