This facility is seeking a/an [insert Job Title] for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday - Thursday and one Friday each month.

• Monday Hours: 8am - 5pm
• Tuesday - Thursday Hours: 7am - 4pm
• Friday Hours: 8am - 1pm

· Setting: Clinc

· Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: Fillings, Ortho - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist, Number of Hygenists: 1

· Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days

· Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
