As a Bindery Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our printed materials meet the highest quality standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain bindery machines such as folders, cutters and saddle-sitchers
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial printing and offset printing
• Familiarity with binding techniques and print production processes
• Ability to operate machinery such asStahl folders, Muller saddle-stitcher and large knife
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with large format printing and prepress workflows
• Knowledge of color matching and print design principles
• Understanding of direct mail and finishing processes
• Background in publishing and machine operation

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $44,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
