The Human Resources Intern plays a key role in supporting our high-volume hiring season by assisting with application processing, reference checks, and new hire onboarding. Working alongside our Talent Acquisition Team, this paid, part-time internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, career fair support, special projects, and core HR functions while providing a meaningful exposure to the full employee lifecycle. Opening: Human Resources Intern Part-Time 20 hours / week 12-week assignment (April - June) 240 internship hours $17.66 / hour Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel) required Must be proficient in the reading, writing, speaking and comprehension of the English language Must be proficient in the use of office equipment Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Working Environment: Hattie Larlham is a professional work environment that operates primarily under normal business hours, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, at our Westerville, Ohio Office. The intern must be flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
