With over 70 years of experience across tobacco, petroleum, and retail services, we are expanding—and looking for a Community Manager to help us grow relationships, strengthen partnerships, and bring our brand to life across Oklahoma.

About the Role

This is not your typical sales role.

As a Community Manager, you’ll be the bridge between TMG, our retail partners, and Tribal communities—building trust, driving engagement, and growing brand presence in a way that is both strategic and respectful.

You’ll spend your time in the field, connecting with people, supporting stores, and leading community-driven initiatives that create real impact.

What You’ll Do

Build Relationships & Community

• Develop strong partnerships with Tribal leaders, community organizations, and retail partners

• Represent TMG at community events and cultural initiatives

• Act as a trusted liaison—listening, learning, and strengthening relationships

Drive Growth & Retail Execution

• Expand product distribution and grow sales within your territory

• Ensure strong product visibility, placement, and pricing

• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and competitive activity

Lead Promotions & Events

• Plan and execute in-store and community events

• Educate customers and partners on products and promotions

• Bring energy and authenticity to every interaction

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, community engagement, or relationship-based roles

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in the field

• Cultural awareness and respect in diverse communities

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly

Preferred:

• Experience working with Tribal Nations or within Native communities
