Fabrication Production Supervisor

• Supervise daily fabrication activities, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
• Provide hands?on support in fabrication tasks, including cutting, forming, fitting, and assembly.
• Use measuring and inspection tools-tape measures, calipers, and basic gauges-to verify part accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications to guide fabrication processes.
• Assist with TIG welding tasks when needed; support welders with setup, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust priorities to meet production deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, shop procedures, and quality standards, including ISO 9001 where applicable.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve fabrication issues and improve processes.

• 3-5 years of fabrication experience.
• Prior lead or working?supervisor experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• AWS welding certification (a plus).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proven experience in reducing plant production costs, and in increasing safety standards.

$28-$30 per/hr
