Construction Coordinator

Couey’s CATV is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support our growing utility construction operations. This role helps coordinate crews, schedules, materials, and documentation to keep projects running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities with field crews and supervisors

• Track project schedules, work progress, and job updates

• Maintain project documentation, permits, and reports

• Communicate with contractors, utility companies, and project managers

• Schedule crews, equipment, and materials for upcoming work

• Monitor project timelines and report delays or issues

• Ensure required locates and permits are completed before work begins

• Support project managers with reporting and project tracking

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical

• Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screenings

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Basic construction or telecommunications knowledge preferred

• Bilingual Skills would be preferred

• Must be willing to Travel if needed
