Daily Responsibilities:

• Finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
• Apply curing compounds to prevent concrete from drying out too quickly
• Monitor the effects of weather conditions on the curing process
• Repair, resurface, and replace damaged concrete
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Required Skills:

• Experience in general construction
• Knowledge of paving, grouting, and pile driving
• Experience in civil construction and reinforced concrete
• Ability to work with structural steel framework
• Experience in industrial, highway, and bridge construction

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hardscapes and concrete design
• Knowledge of RISA and structural design software
• Experience with construction drawings and pipelaying
• Experience as a backhoe operator

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $30,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
• Health Insurance and 401(k) benefits
