ServiceNow Business Analyst -- Columbus, OH -- 67808

Job Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow requirement gathering, story mapping, and UAT coordination. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and ServiceNow technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements specifically for ServiceNow projects.
• Conduct workshops and translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Perform story mapping and manage backlog items in Agile environments.
• Coordinate and support UAT, including test case preparation and defect tracking.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and obtain user sign-off.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow projects.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, story mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills..
