A busy clinic is seeking an ophthalmology physician to provide locum tenens coverage. The role includes clinic visits and surgical procedures with no call, and a preference for a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule.

• Location: Northwest Michigan

• Certification Requirements: Board Certified in Ophthalmology
• License Requirements: Michigan license or IMLC required
• Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
• Setting: Level II trauma center
• Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Two weeks on / two weeks off preferred
• Support Staff:
  • Two medical assistants
• Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Clinic visits
  • Surgical procedures
  • Injections
• Experience Requirements:
  • Must be able to perform 12-14 procedures/surgeries per day
  • Minimum four clinic patients per hour
• EMR: EPIC
• Dates: Starting June 27, 2025 - ongoing
• Call: No call
