RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)

• 100% outpatient setting (PACE clinic)
• Manage 5-6 patients per day
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Patient population: Ages 50+

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)

• Preference for candidates with geriatric experience
• DPT or Masters degree required
• Compassionate clinicians with a genuine passion for elder care
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach
