Position: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Location: Plantation, FL 33317
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract
Compensation: $200,000 – $500,000 per year (base and/or commission structure based on experience and production)

Position Overview

OneSolution Dental Implant Center is a leading provider of advanced implant dentistry specializing in All-on-4 full-arch restoration solutions in South Florida. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with modern technology, including 3D CT imaging, digital radiography, paperless patient records, and a full-service in-house dental laboratory, enabling our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing team. The surgeon will collaborate closely with our Prosthodontist and clinical staff to provide comprehensive surgical care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
• Surgical extractions
• Bone grafting
• Sinus lift procedures
• Conventional implant placement
• Zygomatic implant placement
• Administer safe and effective anesthesia and sedation in accordance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the prosthodontic team to plan and execute complex implant cases.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic patient records.
• Provide high-quality patient care while ensuring safety, comfort, and positive treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
• Active Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Experience with full-arch implant cases, including All-on-4 and zygomatic implants, strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical oral surgery experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
