Human Resource Payroll Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid Washington State Driver's License 
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check. 
• Payroll experience required 
• HR Generalist with proof of Credentials 
• Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite 
• Pleasant attitude and tidy appearance. 
• Must sign a confidentiality statement upon hire  
• Must be able to provide references upon request. 
• Must have reliable transportation and good attendance 

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Process Payroll using Paychex 
• New hire on-boarding, paperwork maintenance and training 
• Handle L&I investigations and documentation 
• Maintain an up-to-date employee handbook 
• Issue timecards as needed. 
• Calculate Vacation and Sick Leave Accruals 
• Handle all employee issues with department managers 
• Provide support to employees with PFML and FMLA
