Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates seven days a week from 7:00am to midnight with inpatient overnight care supported by the emergency and critical care teams. Flexible scheduling options are available to support work life balance while ensuring continuous emergency coverage for patients across the region.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Emergency Veterinarian will manage urgent and critical cases within a busy referral and emergency hospital environment. Responsibilities include triaging emergency patients, performing diagnostics, stabilizing critical cases and coordinating treatment plans while collaborating closely with specialists across multiple disciplines. The role also includes participating in case rounds and contributing to the hospital's strong learning culture through ongoing clinical discussions and training opportunities.

The hospital operates a fully equipped emergency department and intensive care unit supported by modern diagnostics and imaging services available seven days a week. Team
The hospital is supported by a large multidisciplinary team including four surgeons, two internists, three neurologists, one radiologist, one ophthalmologist, three criticalists and one medical oncologist alongside a full team of emergency veterinarians, experienced technicians and dedicated support staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
