General Laborer

General Laborer Location: New Albany, OH Type: On-site | Contract-to-Hire Pay: $19-$23/hr + overtime Must be able to pass Band drug test About the Role This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in a fast-growing industry. You'll support daily operations inside a large data center by helping with physical tasks, basic installation work, and general labor duties. No prior technical experience is required-just reliability, willingness to learn, and comfort with physical work. What You'll Do Assist with moving, organizing, and setting up equipment

Support basic installation tasks such as routing and organizing materials

Help maintain clean, safe work areas

Follow instructions from leads and supervisors

Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and working on ladders

Work both indoors and outdoors depending on project needs

Learn new skills related to cabling, equipment setup, and data center operations

What You Bring Experience in labor, warehouse, construction, or similar physical work

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or raised platforms

Comfort working long shifts and staying active throughout the day

Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn new tasks and follow safety guidelines

Steel/composite-toe boots required
