Property Runner

We're looking for an energetic, reliable Property Runner to support our fast-growing Hospitality management team in Nashville. This is a hands-on, varied role that's perfect for college students who like staying active, learning real-world skills, and working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing? No two days are the same. Responsibilities may include: - Transporting items to and from properties - Moving and setting up furniture - Assisting with light maintenance tasks (locks, small fixes, installs) - Helping prepare and set up new properties - Supporting the operations team wherever help is needed Who We're Looking For? - College student or recent graduate preferred - Energetic, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed - Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet - Basic tools knowledge is a plus (but not required) - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Strong work ethic and positive attitude Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity?
