• 7am 3pm Monday through Friday plus call coverage
• 20% pediatric cases, primarily during call hours
• 11 anesthetizing locations onsite
• Cardiovascular experience required, no general anesthesia only
• TEE certification required
• High volume facility with 5807 outpatient cases annually
• Full service including cardiac, thoracic, neuro, and trauma
• 24 months case log documentation required for credentialing
