Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney (MUST have active license to practice law in AZ ) based in Glendale, AZ. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing and assessing legal cases, conducting thorough research, providing legal advice, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, reviewing case details, and communicating effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Arizona
  • Proficiency in Law, including knowledge of relevant legal principles and procedures
  • Entry Level or Experienced in personal injury prelit cases
  • Strong Legal Advice and client counseling skills
  • Expertise in research and the ability to analyze complex legal issues
  • Skilled in negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work within a team and individually
  • Spanish speaking a plus but not required
  • $110,000 DOE+ bonus opportunities
