TITLE:  Multi-Property General Manager, Hotel

COMPENSATION:  $95,000 - $135,000, plus large bonus

BENEFITS:  Medical, Dental, 401K

 

SUMMARY

Large, well-known hospitality ownership group seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations for multiple hotel properties. This role is responsible for overall property performance, including operations, financial management, sales growth, guest satisfaction, and staff leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience managing branded hotels, driving revenue performance, and leading strong operational teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations across both hotel properties, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
  • Hire, train, develop, and manage hotel staff while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
  • Ensure properties maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and brand compliance.
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, payroll control, P&L oversight, and cost management.
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Drive occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance through active participation in sales initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and support local market sales efforts when needed.
  • Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the properties.
  • Motivate and empower staff to contribute to revenue growth and strong guest satisfaction.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years of hotel General Manager experience
  • 2-3 years managing mid-scale or select-service hotel properties
  • Experience managing branded hotel properties
  • Demonstrated success improving competitive set ranking and market performance
  • Proven ability to drive group sales and revenue growth
  • Experience overseeing Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and team development background
  • Solid understanding of hotel financial management including P&L oversight and budgeting
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
