Sunshine Care Network is growing across all five boroughs, and we’re looking for a driven, relationshipfocused Recruiter to help us build a strong team of BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and schoolbased ABA staff. About the Role

As an ABA Services Recruiter, you will be the engine behind our expanding ABA home and schoolbased programs. You will:

• Source, screen, and onboard BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and ABA support staff
• Build pipelines through job boards, community outreach, schools, and professional networks
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring with clinical leadership
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure all hires meet NYS, DOE, and insurance compliance requirements
• Collaborate with scheduling, HR, and clinical teams to support smooth placements
• Represent Sunshine Care Network with professionalism, warmth, and clarity

What We’re Looking For

• Experience recruiting in ABA, healthcare, education, or human services
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Passion for supporting children, families, and clinicians
