Senior .NET Developer

Technical Design & Coding: Lead the hands-on design and development of modified or new software applications using a variety of modern technologies.

Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with project managers to develop project plans, define tasks, and lead meetings related to program implementation.

Solution Architecture: Provide expert technical advice and recommendations to management on critical IT issues and systems performance management.

Requirements & Documentation: Perform rigorous requirements analysis and maintain high standards for technical writing and documentation.

Quality Assurance: Utilize standard software validation tools to ensure code integrity and lead work on software evaluation and testing.

.NET Development: 10+ years of professional experience in .NET software engineering.

Complex Systems: A proven track record of designing and coding within large, high-availability environments.

Technical Breadth: Demonstrated experience working with a wide variety of development technologies, query languages, and software distribution mechanisms.

Analytical Thinking: Mastery of complex problem-solving, facts collection, and drawing valid conclusions from multifaceted data sets.

Communication: Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical users and stakeholders effectively.
